Mustapha Benzohra, 30, of Franklin Street in Revere, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug at 3:39 p.m. on Tuesday.

Nicholas Penachio, 55, of Earlene Drive in Revere, was arrested and charged with possession of Class B drug at 3:52 p.m. on Tuesday.

Animal

A stray kitten was brought to the Police Department at 2:51 p.m. Tuesday by a good samaritan. Walk-in was advised that PPD does not have a boarding facility to keep the kitten. Reporting party agreed to keep the kitten overnight. 

Arrest

Justin Pierce, 38, was arrested for the operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. Passerby reported a white pickup hit a tree, and DPW was notified of a tree down that was blocking the roadway.
