Ant McPartlin, TV presenter and one half of Ant and Dec, is to become a father for the first time with his partner Anne-Marie Corbett.
The 48-year-old star said he was “beyond delighted” with the news that his partner, 46, was pregnant.
McPartlin’s wife is understood to have had her five-month scan and is expecting their child as soon as June.
Reports of Corbett’s scan come after weeks of speculation about the couple, which was “the news everyone wanted”, the Sun source said.

The source continued: “It’s no secret that Ant has always wanted children, but that it may never happen for him was something he had, sadly, come to terms with.
“When they found out last year, they were absolutely delighted, but obviously kept the news quiet for as long as possible.
“To be having a child two years short of his 50th birthday, with the love of his life, is the stuff of dreams for Ant.
“He’s already a wonderful, doting father to Anne-Marie’s kids, and together they’re going to be brilliant parents to this latest addition to the family.”

Ant had already dropped the paternal bombshell on his close friend and ‘other’ partner Declan Donnelly.
News of the happy couple’s pregnancy comes fewer than three years after their star-studded wedding in Hampshire in August 2021.
The ceremony saw not one but two famous couples come together; Ant and Dec were together at the altar as the latter took the former’s side as his best man.
McPartlin and Corbett got together in 2018, but the pair first met when she was McPartlin’s ex-wife’s personal assistant.

McPartlin has previously described his wife as “a beautiful soul”, saying: “We’re very happy… I’m in the best place I’ve been in my life to be honest with you.”
Whispers of the couple’s pregnancy had been circulating for months and were only compounded by Corbett’s decision not to fly to Australia while her husband was presenting I’m a Celebrity… last year.
The 23rd edition of the hit show saw GB News’ Nigel Farage storm to a third-place finish and a surge in popularity during his time in the jungle.
Presenters Ant and Dec “couldn’t stop talking” about The People’s Channel during the series; presenter Mark Dolan said of the Geordie duo: “Two nicer men in TV, you won’t find.”
